About Us

Established in 2005, remote control productions (rcp) is an independent Munich production house for interactive entertainment. We provide HR, finance, legal support, business development, business intelligence, and creative production, allowing studios to focus on creating great games. Our purpose is to empower, support, and emancipate game makers to create sustainably. rcp is the ‘mothership’ for a family of more than 15 gaming companies worldwide, with a diverse team of over 500 individuals across studios in Europe and Asia. Together we have worked on more than 400 projects, including Songs of Silence, the Bus Simulator series, Angry Birds Epic, Angry Birds Evolution, Windstorm, Sacred Legends, Shadow & Bone, and The Ascent. We also support a wide range of interactive experiences such as an internal VR project for BMW, a long‑running platform for Teva, and a training game for the Bundeswehr. Beyond our studios, we engage in the broader industry ecosystem, working on politics, education, awareness, representation, culture, and social issues. Learn more about us on www.rcp.family.

Your high‑level risk assessments and collaborative synergies will help studios align with both their long‑term goals and rcp’s objectives. You will collaborate with international studios & companies on diverse projects—from indie gems to AAA titles—making a real impact with your creativity and business savvy.
