The Strategic Assistant acts as a trusted sparring partner to the Executive Board Member Operations & Logistics / Managing Director Italy. The role combines executive coordination, strategic analysis, and hands‑on project support, thus enabling fact‑based decision‑making and effective execution across the PHOENIX group. The position is to be filled at our headquarters in Mannheim.
