We are looking for a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as the Strategic Assistant (m/f/d) to the Executive Board Member Healthcare Logistics & Sustainable Supply Chain at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks
  • Providing fast and straightforward solutions for day-to-day business to the Executive Board Member Healthcare Logistics & Sustainable Supply Chain of the PHOENIX group
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives while receiving insights on Executive Board level
  • Acting as a communication interface between headquarters and the country management teams of Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland and the Baltics
  • Research market information, analyze and prepare data
  • Prepare well-founded decision-making documents for the Executive Board
  • Coordinating and creating presentations for supervisory board and management board meetings, as well as external conferences
  • Leading group-wide projects
Your Profile
  • A master’s degree in business administration or equivalent qualification with focus on Finance
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience - ideally in a consulting environment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, as well as an independent and result oriented way of working
  • Fluent English and German, both written and spoken, as well as excellent MS Office skills
  • Professional and friendly manner, absolute reliability and discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • High degree of commitment, flexibility and assertiveness
  • Willingness to go on foreign business trips from time to time
