We’re looking for a highly analytical and proactive Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation team. In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll help design, implement, and administer our global compensation programs to ensure we attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices. Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $158,000 – $218,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $142,000- $196,000/year (USD)
