One Contact Center (OneCC) is the driving force behind the future voice and interaction platform for Deutsche Telekom’s contact centers across Germany and Europe. We are charged with designing a sustainable, next‑generation digital customer experience.

By leveraging the Sprinklr platform, we are unifying all communication channels—voice, E‑mail, fax, and digital (WhatsApp, social media)—into a single, powerful client. Integrated with state‑of‑the‑art AI features, this platform sits at the heart of our corporate strategy – empowering us to handle more than 110k calls and more than 85k written contacts a day.

We are looking for specialists across various seniority levels with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience with Sprinklr. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Engineering: Configure and implement Sprinklr solutions aligned with DT business requirements and best practices.
  • End‑to‑End Delivery: Drive the full lifecycle—from business analysis and functional specs to testing and deployment.
  • Technical Integration: Manage REST API connections, webhooks, and authentication across Sprinklr modules (Groovy/JS).
  • Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between IT, Business, and Operations, ensuring high product adoption and training "Client Champions".
Your Profile
  • Sprinklr Expertise: Experience in configuration and implementation.
  • Dev & Integration: Proficient in Groovy/JavaScript and RESTful API architecture.
  • Voice/Telephony: Experience with SIP, VoIP, IVR, and SBCs and similar.
  • Soft Skills: Builders mindset, analytical thinking, agile collaboration, and fluency in English (German is a plus).
  • Innovation: Knowledge of Conversational AI or the Telecom industry is a bonus.
