YOUR TASKS:

Together with trained coaches, you support people in getting to the career path they want. In our support programs pursuant to Section 45 Paragraph 1 No. 1 of the German Social Code (SGB III), you help job seekers re-enter the labor market – in a way that works for them. In our career counseling, we support professionals in their next professional steps, through conflicts, and during transitions. Our coaching approach is method-oriented. We utilize what is best suited to our mission.

As mentors, we coach and advise our clients. This requires a solid grasp of both areas of expertise. To ensure this, DFV Mentoring employs only trained and certified coaches.

YOUR PROFILE:

You're self-confident, and your friends describe you as a good listener. You like people and find it easy to connect with them and build professional working relationships.

You have demonstrated qualifications as a language and cultural mediator. Furthermore, you have already gained professional experience. You are confident with computers and are open to managing online processes confidently and methodically.
