Zusammenfassung

A leading automotive company is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to localise their People Excellence Strategy and manage training plans for retail staff. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, at least 5 years of experience in training, and strong communication skills. Fluency in English and experience in the automotive sector are preferred. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural setting.

Qualifikationen

  • Experience in premium automotive and willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in English and relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Localise the People Excellence Strategy for Porsche.
  • Conduct product and skills trainings for retail staff.
  • Manage vocational qualification and certification trainings.
  • Support budgeting and deliverables for People Excellence projects.
  • Implement solutions for continuous competency development.

Responsibilities
  • Localise the regional People Excellence Strategy for Porsche in Singapore, and design, develop and implement the annual non-technical training plan based on recurring training needs analyses of the Singapore retail staff
  • Conduct local & regional relevant product trainings – supplemented by brand-, sales process- and skills trainings
  • Manage the delivery of non-technical vocational qualification and certification, retail coaching and soft skills trainings
  • Support in managing the agency accounts, budgets and deliverables for all retail-related People Excellence projects and processes
  • Identify and implement solutions supporting continuous competency development
Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or relevant other degree
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, 2 of which should be in training, learning and development or related business area
  • Previous experience with premium automotive, preferably on retail level, and willingness to travel and work in a multicultural setting
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Certification under WSQ’s Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP or ACTA) is a plus
