We are looking for you to join our international team in Bad Gastein as a SPA Supervisor (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatments: You pamper our guests with selected massages, body and cosmetic treatments
• Advice and appointment coordination: You will advise our guests on spa treatments and products and arrange appointments. You will ensure that rooms and therapists are optimally booked to guarantee a smooth process.
• Scheduling: You attach great importance to the efficient scheduling of your employees
• Meetings: You regularly take part in meetings
• Inventory: You are responsible for carrying out and entering the inventory
• Hygiene and safety checks: You ensure that all cleaning and hygiene regulations are adhered to. In addition, you will check the safety-relevant aspects in the spa area, such as the functionality of sports equipment, saunas, pools and changing rooms.

What sets you apart

• Completed training in a comparable environment, e.g. as a wellness therapist (m/f/d), physiotherapist (m/f/d), beautician (m/f/d)
• Experience in the same / similar position in the upscale hotel and / or holiday hotel industry
• High level of coordination and communication skills
• Confident appearance and good manners, well-groomed appearance
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English; another language is an advantage
• A positive charisma, confidence and strong communication skills
• IT skills
