If you’re ready to be part of a company where innovation meets artistry, we invite you to explore the opportunity to join our team.

Social Media Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the company’s social media presence. This role focuses on hands‑on content creation, publishing, collaboration management, and direct interaction with the community. Your key responsibilities are:
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media channels across relevant platforms
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (reels, stories, carousels, short‑form videos, static posts)
  • Actively participate in content creation to support an authentic and relatable brand presence
  • Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with campaigns and ongoing initiatives
  • Manage collaborations with creators, influencers, and partners, including user‑generated content (UGC) sourcing, approvals, rights management, and scheduling
  • Oversee sponsorships and co‑promotional projects in line with business goals
  • Monitor and engage with the community across comments, messages, and mentions
  • Use social media tools (e.g., Emplifi or similar) to schedule, monitor, and report on performance
  • Track key performance metrics, prepare insights, and optimize content and collaboration strategies
Job requirements

Your experience and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to create and publish social media content independently
  • Experience managing collaborations, creators, or user‑generated content
  • Familiarity with social media management and automation tools (e.g., Emplifi, Sprout, or similar)
  • Experience interacting directly with online communities in a professional context
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing activities
  • Understanding of creative communities and collaborative workflow
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) additional European languages is a plus

If you don't meet the above qualifications 100%, that's no problem! We want to hire people, not just skills. If you are willing to learn and get excited about our creativity and technology, we want to hear from you.

We offer you:
  • A multicultural and international working environment with an open and friendly work culture based on a constructive and cooperative way of working
  • Attractive location in Düsseldorf’s Medienhafen, with a wide selection of restaurants nearby; our office is easy to reach by car or public transport (both options subsidized by us)
  • Flexible working model, including adaptable working hours and the option for remote work
  • Attractive bonus plan plus additional benefits like accident insurance and long‑term illness compensation, etc.
  • Professional development opportunities (i.e. online learning platform)
  • Structured onboarding and fun team events: kick‑off meeting, summer event, Christmas party, etc.
  • Generous employee discounts for our products
  • Free fruit, water and coffee in our office location
