We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to help us better connect with the TCG community. You will be part of the Marketing Department, working closely with our Games Specialists in creating content that resonates with the respective communities. We will rely on your superb communication skills and expert knowledge in optimizing posts for all our social media channels across all our games.

Your Responsibilities

• Executing Cardmarket's social media strategy on Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Monitoring our social platforms for tags & mentions of Cardmarket and responding to them
• Conceptualizing social media posts and drafting copies for all games with assistance from our Game Specialists to create creative, engaging, and informative content
• Working closely with our Graphic & Motion Designer to create visual assets
• Replying to the comments on our content
• Taking ownership of Cardmarket's posting schedule e.g. scheduling posts to meet our desired posting frequency
• Monitoring the performance of the social channels
• Collaborating with other creatives in the Marketing team by bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table
• Working closely with management and providing support to other departments in and out of Marketing

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience running social media accounts for a medium or large-sized brand
• Expert in all aspects from shorts to posts in all major social media platforms
• Native level English speaker, excellent in written and spoken communication
• Expert in the TCG community with up-to-date knowledge and a willingness to learn community trends for all our major games. Expertise in One Piece TCG is highly desired.
• Capable of mediating heated discussions on social media
• Creative yet analytical with experience in using social media analytics
• Presence in Berlin is required.
