Responsibilities

• 8‑hour shifts
• Monitoring the infrastructure with several monitoring tools
• Ability to communicate clearly and elevate problems
• Perform preliminary investigation of alerts
• Conduct basic triage of requests/problems
• Interact with DevOps and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with system monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, Opsgenie)
• 1+ years of relevant System/IT Administration experience
• Good understanding of Windows Server 2022, 2019 administration principles
• Experience and knowledge of networks

Will be a plus

• Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible
• Experience with MetaTrader
• Experience in the trading domain
