A leader in mobility solutions is seeking a Site Manufacturing Professional to manage all aspects of manufacturing processes. The role involves ensuring best practices in injection and paint processes, collaborating with multifunctional teams, and optimizing equipment. Candidates should have strong English skills, experience in industrial manufacturing, and knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes. A systematic approach and effective teamwork are essential. The position is located in Büddenstedt, Niedersachsen, Germany.

Good spoken and written English skills
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments preferred
Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (injection, paint, assembly)
Understanding of large capital equipment and process flow
Ability to apply process engineering methods and standards (POMS, FMEA, A3, etc.)

Team player with effective leadership skills
Self-driven approach to tasks
Systematic and disciplined working style
Ability to collaborate in multifunctional teams
Willingness to follow corporate safety standards and risk prevention rules
Ability to work across engineering, production, maintenance and supplier interfaces
Responsible for all manufacturing processes including injection, paint, assembly, bonding, and process flow equipment.
Ensure deployment of POMS methodology and best practices.
Provide engineering support to manufacturing teams and the OPTIPRO project team, especially during installation, commissioning, and production launch.
Continuously improve and optimize injection and/or paint processes.

Manage manufacturing capacity and anticipate equipment modifications or capacity adjustments
Work closely with the industrial project team (Injection or Paint Leader) and equipment suppliers for installation follow-up
Conduct feasibility studies
Initiate and maintain FMEA (including improvement tracking)
Ensure new equipment meets technical and performance requirements
Create and evaluate safety and environmental risk assessments for new installations, including HR impacts
Organize and coordinate equipment and process trials
Support commissioning, provisional and final acceptance procedures
Participate in equipment and process reception activities
Validate operating standards for injection, paint, assembly, bonding and process flow in accordance with POMS and Golden Rules
Support specification and reception of new production equipment in cooperation with industrial teams
Maintain and update documentation for new equipment
Draft contractor safety programs and risk prevention plans (with maintenance and production teams)
Write workstation instructions (together with manufacturing teams)
Update new product documentation
Propose, test and validate technical solutions to improve productivity, quality, safety, equipment availability and risk reduction
Contribute to action plans to restore stable processes and support daily follow-up
Provide training and support to production teams
Perform root-cause analysis of process deviations (using POMS A3) and adjust process parameters
Share lessons learned and structured feedback with métiers and project teams
Support manufacturing in process failure investigations
Organize and coordinate tests for new materials and processes in the plant
