Could you be the full-time Site Lead / DACH Wayside & Infrastructure Director (f/d/m) in Braunschweig we’re looking for?
At our modern office at ARTmax in Braunschweig, over 250 colleagues from 26 countries work on research and development with a focus on the digitization of rail. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You will be part of the Regional CNE leadership team and you will work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic leadership expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll spearhead the delivery of our signalling project, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and driving continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams across the business (such as Customer Directors, Business Development, and Operations), managing key stakeholder relationships, and overseeing financial performance and site operations. You’ll specifically take care of building and implementing a strategic plan for sustainable business growth in Germany, but also act as the Legal Representative for the site.
