Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries to maintain efficient project flow
• Monitor progress and report regularly to the Superintendent and Project Manager
• Enforce health and safety compliance across all site activities
• Support quality control through inspections and hands-on involvement in finishing details
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues to minimize delays

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role within residential construction
• Proven track record delivering 6-storey wood-frame multi-family projects (condos/townhomes)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards and practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with consultants, trades, and the development team
