Overview

ServiceNow Solution Consultant (Remote – Germany). Location: Remote (Germany-based). Employment Type: Full-time.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Consultant to join our clients team and help drive digital transformations. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with customers to understand business challenges, design innovative ServiceNow solutions, and ensure successful implementations that maximize business value. This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in Germany and fluent in both English and German.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, processes, and technical needs.
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions across modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Conduct workshops, demos, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities by preparing solution proposals, estimates, and proof-of-concepts.
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising clients on ServiceNow best practices and roadmap development.
• Work with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to customers to ensure adoption and long-term success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including common modules and integrations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) are highly desirable.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be based in Germany with the ability to work remotely.
