Responsibilities

• Delivering legendary service to all customers by acting with a “customer first” attitude and connecting with them
• Consistently providing quality beverages, whole beans and food products for all customers by adhering to all recipe, presentation and health and safety standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed
• Engaging with and understanding our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

Requirements for Candidate

• Acting with integrity, honesty and knowledge to promote Starbucks’ culture, values and mission.
• Being available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and / or holidays.
• Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, so the team can count on you.
• Proudly wearing the iconic green apron and meeting the required dress code.
• Following Starbucks stores’ operating policies and standards, cash handling and ensuring store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Setting a positive example for the team members by maintaining a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events.
