On behalf of Loewe Marine, MARPRO is seeking a Service Engineer to join a team of 10 colleagues with diverse responsibilities. The company's headquarters are in Bremen, Germany. You will report to the Head of the Service team.

Main Responsibilities

• Install and service steering gears and rudder systems onboard vessels for Loewe Marine clients,
• Provide remote technical support as needed,
• Prepare technical reports on completed work,
• Communicate with customers onsite and remotely regarding work to be performed.

Professional Competencies

• Degree in marine engineering, naval architecture, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, or related fields,
• At least 5 years of maritime technical experience,
• Experience as a service engineer with maneuvering systems is advantageous,
• Knowledge of electrical/hydraulic systems is a plus,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel,
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).

• Willing to travel up to 180 days per year,
