YOUR IMPACT

As Senior UX Writer & Translation Manager, you will be the guardian of our product’s voice and tone — ensuring our copy is purposeful, helpful, and aligned across all touchpoints. You’ll also design and manage scalable translation workflows, ensuring our global users experience clarity and quality in every language.

Here’s how you’ll contribute

• Craft clear, concise, and helpful UX copy that guides users and enhances product usability.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to our UX writing guidelines and style standards across all product teams.
• Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to co‑create effective, user‑centered copy.
• Deeply understand our users, business goals, and regulatory context to evolve our product language over time.
• Champion best practices in UX writing and mentor teams on tone, clarity, and accessibility.
• Introduce and use AI tools to optimize the UX writing process, improving efficiency and helping PMs and Designers create better copy faster.
• Manage translations for the EQS platform across multiple languages, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy.
• Build and maintain translation workflows and tools in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.
• Establish best‑in‑class localization processes, managing timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

THIS IS YOU

• You have 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product content strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
• You have a proven ability to write clear, user‑focused copy that simplifies complex systems and workflows.
• You bring a structured approach to content design — balancing creativity with consistency and compliance.
• You’ve successfully managed translations or localization projects across multiple languages and cultures.
• You’re a collaborative communicator, able to work seamlessly with Designers, PMs, and Engineers.
• You’re comfortable with AI tools and excited about using them to streamline content creation and translation.
• You have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for clarity.
• You are fluent in English and German. Additional languages are a plus.
