We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Technical Product Manager who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. What You’ll Do

• Translate projects, initiatives and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
• Partner closely with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high‑quality features.
• Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end‑to‑end.
• Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance.
• Constantly run A/B tests and experiments, driving learning loops from idea to measurable outcome.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through clear communication and ruthless prioritization.
• Anticipate technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early‑and manage them proactively.
• Operate with urgency and ownership in an environment with evolving requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with data and AI teams to bring intelligence and automation into product workflows.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline (required).
• Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently.
• 6‑10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e‑commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI‑enabled products.
• Proven record of building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration.
• Experience working in agile, fast‑moving environments with engineering‑heavy collaboration.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications‑personally, professionally, or better yet, both!
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information.
• Analytical, structured thinker who can translate technical complexity into actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication‑can hold your own in both engineering standups and executive reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with regulated credit, lending, e‑commerce, marketplaces, rewards platforms, or card products.
• Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure (LLMs, MCP's, or model ops).
• Background in two‑sided marketplaces or payments orchestration.
