The Role:

As a Supply Chain Optimization Deployment Architect (SCODA), you'll be the bridge between our customers' toughest supply chain challenges and our powerful Process Intelligence platform. Working directly with Celonis' strategic customers throughout the customer lifecycle in both presales and post-sales, you'll use your deep domain knowledge to design, optimize, and scale innovative supply chain solutions. Your goal is to pinpoint customer pain points, align our offerings with their strategic supply chain vision, and ensure successful project execution and clear value. You'll proactively identify key use cases that transform customer supply chains, and standardize these solutions in collaboration with internal teams to boost adoption across our customer base.

This role is based out of the Celonis office in Munich. We're looking for individuals with hands‑on experience in delivering solutions to customers.

The work you’ll do:

• Design and architect a comprehensive Supply Chain Vision with customers and internal account teams, identifying and solving critical challenges at the core of their supply chains and businesses.
• Collaborate closely with customers' supply chain experts to define a target state where the Celonis platform, encompassing Process Intelligence, AI, and automation, delivers tangible value to their operations.
• Provide presales support, helping to position and articulate the strategic value of Celonis' supply chain capabilities to prospective customers.
• Provide expertise and domain knowledge in the delivery phase by providing guidance on solution architecture to ongoing projects in, participating in critical project phases, assessing implementation progress, and proactively contributing additional use case ideas to ensure projects achieve their full potential.
• Collect and share compelling Supply Chain success stories across the organization and with our customers, showcasing the impact of our solutions.
• Closely collaborate with Product & Engineering and the Business Apps Teams to inform and shape future product development based on valuable customer feedback and internal experiences.
• Train internal teams and empower them to effectively position and deploy Celonis' supply chain solutions.

The preferred qualifications you need:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management for enterprises, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful and diverse use cases that have solved real‑world problems.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a track record of delivering high‑quality solutions, often under demanding deadlines.
• Experience with the implementation and roll‑out of Supply Chain Software or Enterprise Resource Planning tools is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex supply chain concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholder groups, including non‑technical audiences.
• Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable and easily extensible solutions that address long‑term customer needs.
• Fluency in German is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
