What we are looking for
  • You have at least 4-5 years of professional experience in relevant positions, ideally in a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank or start-up/scale-up.
  • You have experience in leading complex strategic projects.
  • Familiarity with the consumer goods, retail and/or e-commerce industries is a plus, but not required. What matters most to us is your natural curiosity and the drive you bring to this role
  • You have strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation and assertiveness.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English and enjoy working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams.
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

You as part of tonies

The Strategy Team is responsible for the overall strategic development of tonies. This includes identifying strategic areas of action based on analyses of the external market and competitive environment and internal performance, defining and continuously developing our strategic roadmap, and ensuring the implementation of our strategic priorities in close collaboration with top management and their teams.

As Senior Strategy Manager, you will actively drive the strategic development of tonies and lead important strategic projects for the company. You will report to the Team Lead Strategy and work closely with tonies’ Management Board and Senior Leadership.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include
  • As part of the Strategy Team, you actively drive the strategic direction and further strategic development of tonies.
  • You plan and lead strategic projects on your own responsibility and ensure their implementation together with the project teams.
  • You co-lead the strategy development process as well as the further development and implementation of our strategic roadmap, including the measurement of success along the implementation process.
  • You independently derive strategic fields of action based on analyses of our market and competitive environment as well as our business development and implement these with the project teams.
  • You actively contribute to the further development of the team as a sparring partner for your team colleagues.
