We’re currently looking for a Senior Strategic Finance Manager, who will report to the CFO of Germany and will be part of a very lean, high‑performing team. The candidate will be a strategic business partner to leaders across Commercial, Growth, Operations and Medical teams, helping to drive decision making and performance. This person will drive key financial strategies, unlock new areas of growth, and help optimise the P&L of the treatment categories and the overall German market. The role is based in Berlin, with at least 3 days a week to be worked from the office.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Ops & Clinical, spanning all clinical pathways, to help drive decision making and prioritisation – ultimately being responsible for driving overall top and bottom line business performance.
• Building business cases and plans for new strategic initiatives across all areas of the business.
• Strategic and financial planning, including yearly and quarterly P&L forecasting, and driving capital allocation decisions between existing geographies and categories, as well as new bets.
• Guiding key investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic commercial strategies to grow the business fast and efficiently.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in an investment bank, consulting firm or a similar role within a growth‑stage tech company.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation, while confidently challenging stakeholders when necessary.
• Relentless, output‑focused mindset; someone who loves pushing through the noise with disciplined pragmatism.
• Proactive and self‑driven, with a strong sense of ownership; someone who constantly seeks opportunities to create and drive initiatives forward independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness and ability to operate in an unstructured environment, tackling unstructured problems; an ability to deliver high‑quality work, fast.
• Advanced financial modelling and big data analysis skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
