Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with client and stakeholders.
• Complete recurring tasks aligned with KPI targets (move reports, data corrections, client satisfaction).
• Resolve client queries via ticketing system and maintain service standards.
• Track and oversee moves, furniture inventory and space reconfigurations.
• Forecast future space needs and provide solutions / recommendations.
• Attend client meetings to discuss space requirements (headcount growth allocations).
• Collect and analyze data on facility and space utilisation.
• Review and update CAD drawings and related databases.
• Maintain accurate space inventory and occupancy data.

Qualifications

• Education: BA degree in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred).
• Experience: Stakeholder management, customer service, project management.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in space‑planning standards and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Google Suite).
• Languages: High‑level English; German desirable.
• Core competencies: Customer experience, time management, IT proficiency, problem‑solving.
