We are currently supporting a leading consulting partner in their search for a Senior Salesforce Specialist to join their growing digital transformation practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead enterprise-scale initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more, while shaping the future of CRM strategy for major global clients.

Your Experience:

• Fluent in German and English
• 8+ years' experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant
• Proven delivery in Sales, Service & Experience Cloud with functional & technical understanding of Salesforce
• Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation & stakeholder communication
• Mentorship experience and team knowledge sharing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and translate needs into use cases & specs
• Bridge communication between business and technical teams
• Drive or support solution design using Salesforce best practices
• Monitor progress, escalate issues, and manage risks proactively
• Support testing phases and contribute to training materials
• Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and advise accordingly
• Improve internal processes and maintain reusable documentation
