We're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager - Commercial Brands (m/f/d) for our evolving commercial brands division at our Hamburg headquarters. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your strategic thinking, market analysis, and persuasive power to drive category growth and enhance our market positioning. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales management, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for commercial brands trends.

Your Profile
  • Professional experience in international account/sales management, ideally with a (B2B) customer network in the commercial industry, particularly related to wholesale, retail, and trading
  • A strong passion for commercial brands and sales, supplemented by expertise in business development
  • An existing industry network is desirable
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team, along with a high level of enthusiasm and presentation skills
  • A communicative personality and strong negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to build and develop effective business relationships
  • A degree in management, business administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Your Mission
  • Your tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients in the commercial brands segment
  • You take over negotiations with national and international customers
  • You develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our commercial brands category
  • You analyze market, product, and price potentials in order to expand your knowledge about an optimal presentation of assortments, trends and brands
  • You collaborate closely with our business development team to discuss opportunities and market developments
  • You monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
  • The close exchange with other departments, such as Logistics and Finance, is also up to you to ensure that we act in the best interest of the company
