Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding partnerships, and managing key relationships across Asian markets in the gaming, entertainment, tech, and Web3 industries.

You will leverage your deep industry connections, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to meet and exceed revenue targets while growing our footprint globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and refine strategic sales plans to achieve measurable revenue and profit goals.
  • Identify market trends in Asia and emerging opportunities in gaming, entertainment, and Web3 to position GameInfluencer GmbH as a leading partner.

2. Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders, from indie studios to major global publishers in Asia.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with new and existing partners to ensure mutual success.
  • Manage an active pipeline of potential clients, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
  • Proactively report on sales metrics, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence to internal stakeholders.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and account management teams to align on client needs and deliver seamless campaign execution.
  • Provide strategic input to improve existing service offerings and develop new solutions tailored to market demands.

5. Industry Engagement & Representation

  • Represent GameInfluencer GmbH at industry events, conferences, and webinars, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the field.
  • Network extensively to open doors, create new partnerships, and enhance the company’s reputation in gaming, entertainment, and Web3 circles.
Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of sales/business development experience in the gaming, entertainment, tech, or Web3 industries.

• Fluency in Mandarinis mandatorydue to key client and market requirements.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive environments.

Established network of industry contacts (game publishers, platforms, developers, entertainment companies, or Web3 projects).

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to close high-value deals.

Experience in influencer marketing, media, or related fields is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to refine sales strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualifications are advantageous.
