Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and controlling the project process and schedule of an assigned project from the tender phase to completion.
• Integrate contributions from various areas into the overall project plan, monitor progress and performance, identify risks and opportunities, update the schedule, and participate in meetings. Additionally, contribute to improving planning processes and take responsibility for complete EPC, consortium, or service projects.
• Ensure the implementation of the project to deliver on time and within contractual obligations.
• Integrate all contributions from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning into the overall project plan.
• Regularly update the schedule and attend project progress meetings (PFMs) and customer meetings.

Qualifications:

• You are a trained mechanical, electrical, or civil engineer with several years of experience in planning EPC projects, preferably in the energy sector.
• Very good knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong communication skills (with customers and project team members), analytical skills, and the ability to set priorities.
• Fluent in English and German.
