In dieser Rolle sind Sie das organisatorische Rückgrat unserer kreativen Arbeitsabläufe. Sie kümmern sich um die Planung und Überwachung von Projekten, koordinieren zwischen Teams und gewährleisten, dass Budgets eingehalten werden. Wir verlangen mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Die Stelle erfordert eine Präsenz vor Ort in Hamburg.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in den Bereichen Mode oder kreative Produktion.
• Starke Fähigkeiten in der Planung von Zeitlinien und der Verwaltung von Budgets.
• Vertrautheit mit Produktionsprozessen (Modefotografie, Film, Design).

Aufgaben

• Projekte über E-Commerce-Kampagnen und Lookbook-Produktionen planen und organisieren.
• Detaillierte Projektzeitpläne entwickeln und verwalten, um Meilensteine und Lieferungen zu verfolgen.
• Koordination zwischen kreativen, technischen und kundenorientierten Teams sicherstellen.
• Budgets überwachen und kontrollieren, um finanzielle Transparenz und Effizienz zu gewährleisten.

WIR SUCHEN

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to orchestrate our productions from start to finish. This role is the organizational backbone of our creative workflows ensuring that projects run smoothly deadlines are met and budgets remain under control. You will work closely with Creative Direction AI Artists and our clients bridging the gap between vision and execution.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Plan organize and oversee projects across e-commerce campaign and lookbook productions
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines tracking milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate between creative technical and client-facing teams to ensure alignment
• Track and control budgets ensuring financial transparency and efficiency
• Monitor project progress identify risks and proactively resolve issues before they escalte
• Document processes maintain governance standards and continuously optimize workflows
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders ensuring clear and consistent communication

DEIN PROFIL

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management ideally in fashion creative industries or production
• Strong skills in timeline planning and budget management
• Familiarity with production processes (fashion photography film design)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong communication skills able to translate between creative technical and operational teams

A proactive solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced innovative environment

Ability to work on-site in Hamburg at least three days per week
