Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Work closely with technical project managers (T-PMs). Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Identify and mitigate risks to project success. Foster a collaborative and productive team and project environment. Work closely with the PMO colleagues on the constant improvement of our processes. Travel might be necessary according to project needs.

Qualifikation

Master\'s degree in business administration, or in technical, engineering, /science or another related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
