Your tasks:

• Professional oversight and coordination of all project activities within customer projects
• Independent creation, maintenance, and updating of project plans
• Close collaboration with the Sales department in implementing project modifications and extensions
• Ensuring smooth project communication, including the preparation of status reports, project documentation, and the management of relevant records
• Conducting project reviews together with all project stakeholders
• Handling and processing customer complaints and claims, including independent troubleshooting of process-related challenges
• Carrying out customer visits for coordination, support, and the cultivation of long‑term customer relationships

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, etc.), training as a Mechanical Engineering Technician or a comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in project management, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
• Solid understanding of customer project execution (project phases, milestones, quality gates, specifications, etc.)
• Willingness to travel
• Independent, solution‑oriented working style combined with strong team spirit
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of project management methods and tools
• Analytical, structured, and proactive way of working
