Qualifikationen

Job Responsibilities
  • A project control officer, who is a self-starter and has experience to work with a Senior program manager and variety of program stakeholders in a multi-million dollars initiative within North America Financial Industry setting (Preferred within Fortune 100 category).
  • Ensure project control procedures and policies within a program of related projects are executed.
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules. Develop and maintain issue logs. Maintain project repositories of documents. Prepare documents for various recurring meetings including minutes, issue logs etc.
  • Develop presentation documentation as required for project teams. Review presentation documentation provided by other teams for grammar, accuracy, and professional/executive level preparedness and develop consolidate program status reports.
  • Have a track record successfully monitoring the program financial and forecast on the weekly and monthly basis.
  • Be resilient and able to adjust the approach in a prompt manner.
Skills and Experience Required
  • 5+ Year experience in Project Management
  • MS Project knowledge to create and maintain project plans. MS Excel, JIRA and PowerPoint knowledge to create and maintain documents. Knowledge and experience in maintaining a central repository of project plans, reports, competencies etc.
  • Previous Merger and Acquisition Experience preferred.
  • University (Bachelor) graduate preferred.
  • PMP certification desired (not a must have)
  • M&A experience desired (not a must have)
