Main Tasks:

• Define, plan, and execute digital and AI programs & projects aligned with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple projects under the program umbrella, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Commercial, HR, etc.) to identify and implement digital use cases.
• Define and steer the digital and AI transformation program in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, corporate teams and external provider on digital trends and strategic implications.
• Identify, prioritise, and scale high‑value digital solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Establishment of guiding principles & support elements: such as governance frameworks or change management together with the respective expert teams. Steering of execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven track record in program management within digital or AI initiatives. Strong understanding of emerging technologies.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred.
• Knowledge of AI/ML platforms, cloud technologies, and data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA) and GxP compliance preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with change management and agile methodologies.
