What you will enjoy doing

• In this role, you will lead the development of Region South West (RSW) productivity in the Homecare area by identifying, scoping, and supporting the implementation of performance enhancement and strategic projects/programs
• You will plan and deploy cross-functional projects across different Homecare units, collaborating with partners across the organization to prioritize key initiatives and drive results
• Furthermore, you will identify project and program issues, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality, timely project execution
• You will support the Homecare business in improving processes and promote the adoption of lean methodologies to enable quicker, transparent, and data-driven decision-making
• Coaching and overseeing additional projects for Homecare RSW, including leading training programs will also be part of your responsibilities
• You coordinate procurement efforts in collaboration with local procurement organizations within RSW

What makes you great

• You hold a degree in Engineering and/or Business Management, an MBA is considered a strong advantage
• In addition, you are fluent in both English and German. Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a valuable asset
• You demonstrate exceptional project management skills and hold certification as a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt
• You are highly skilled in handling complex negotiations and possess exceptional abilities in communicating with senior management
• A proven track record of successfully managing high-impact Homecare projects would be highly desirable
