Clinical Sales – Surgeons (Commission)

Responsible for building relationships with key accounts and manages a group of key accounts and territories. He/she will develop business opportunities in the Trauma portfolio, with the objective of achieving and exceeding the sales targets set. He/she is also responsible for developing long‑term positive customer relationships to build customer loyalty and confidence in Johnson & Johnson as a preferred supplier. Meets or exceeds established sales goals through the implementation of sales and clinical activities.
As part of the Trauma team, this role is required to cover cases in the operating theatre. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commission.
This position reports to Associate Sales Manager (Trauma)
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
