Aufgaben

Synagen builds AI-powered products for physicians in oncology—where usability, trust, and clinical relevance are decisive. As our Senior Product Manager / Product Lead, you will own the product end-to-end: from user research and insight generation to delivery, iteration, and scaling across markets.

You report directly to the CEO and collaborate with tech, regulatory and medical to be the central driver of product vision and execution, ensuring that clinical user needs, design excellence, and technical feasibility come together in a coherent, high-quality product experience.

• Own, evolve and execute the product vision and roadmap, aligned with company strategy and clinical use cases.
• Lead user research, interviews, and insight generation with physicians and clinical stakeholders.
• Translate user and market insights into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Work closely with engineering on execution, trade-offs, and delivery (regular tech check-ins).
• Take strong ownership of usability and UX, ensuring a physician-grade user experience.
• Actively contribute to design work yourself using modern, AI-assisted tools, design systems, and componentlibraries.
• Plan and run user testing, feedback loops, and validation cycles.
• Define and track product metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Collect and structure market-specific requirements for international expansion (e.g., EU vs. US).
• Serve as the internal product authority—connecting design, tech, clinical, and commercial perspectives.

Qualifikation

• Experience scaling products across multiple geographies and regulatory contexts.
• Comfort using AI-based tools for wireframing, prototyping, and design iteration.
