In this role, you will own and drive a portfolio of countries within the payroll expansion team, delivering impactful product solutions that enable global workforce operations. You will manage complex projects end-to-end, balancing strategic priorities with execution, while mentoring junior Product Managers and guiding cross‑functional teams. Your work will directly influence product efficiency, scalability, and organizational growth across multiple regions. Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage a defined portfolio of countries as the accountable Product Manager.

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to Junior Product Managers and Product Managers.

  • Prioritize backlog items and conduct sprint planning to ensure alignment on scope and timelines.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fast‑paced SaaS or regulatory‑heavy environments such as fintech or payroll.
