To make this happen,we’relooking for aSenior Product Manager – Battery Storageto take ownership of our storage offering, manage our supplier relationship, and builda market-leading product experience for our customers.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of Rabot’s consumer product line — bridging the worlds of hardware andsoftware, andcreating an offering that empowers households to unlock the full value of renewable energy.
What can you bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to hardware or energy-related products
- Proven ability to managethird-party suppliersand partnerships, including white-label or OEM agreements
- Strong background inAgile product management, setting OKRs and tracking KPIs
- Experience working closely with engineering teams (software and hardware)
- FluentGerman (C1+)and English, with excellent communication skills
- Customer-first mindset, with a knack for translating complex technology into user-friendly solutions
- Based in, or willing torelocateto,Hamburg
Nice to have:
- Direct experience in theenergy industry, especially in battery storage or renewable energy solutions
- UX/UX research knowledge — ability to guide teams in building seamless app-based experiences
- Familiarity with IoT, smart home systems, or connected hardware products
What success looks like (6–12 months):
- You’veestablisheda strong working relationship with our white-label supplier, driving improvements in the product offering
- The first scaled version of Rabot’s battery storage product has been successfully launched to customers
- You’veworked with design and engineering to deliver a seamless app integration for monitoring and controlling storage
- Customer feedback loops and KPIs are in place, shaping the roadmap for continuous product improvement
- You’vebecome the go-to person for all things storage at RABOT — aligning teams and driving the product vision forward

Your Impact
- Own the product vision forRabot’s consumer battery storage solution— from pilot to scale-up
- Manage and grow the relationship with our white-label supplier, ensuring quality, reliability, and innovation in the hardware
- Define how storage integrates into ourapp experience, collaborating with designers and developers to deliver intuitive UX and seamless connectivity
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and operations to continuously improve system performance and customer experience
- Translate customer needs into actionable features, business KPIs, and product OKRs
- Align stakeholders across Connectivity, Data, and Customer Success to deliver an integrated energy experience
- Be the internal and external voice of our storage product — from engaging with customers to presenting updates to leadership
