Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and usability tests to gain critical insights and validate design decisions for a complex B2B audience.
• Conceptual Design: Create user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, and low-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma and Miro to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• UI & Visual Design: Design visually stunning, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for our web-based platform using Figma.
• Design System Management: Develop and maintain our design system to ensure a consistent, scalable, and cohesive user experience across the entire Wingman platform.
• Website Design: Take ownership of the visual design and development of our marketing website in Webflow.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to define user stories and requirements. Partner with engineers to ensure the pixel-perfect and faithful implementation of your designs in our Vue.js frontend.
• Iterative Improvement: Present and clearly articulate your design decisions to stakeholders and iteratively refine designs based on user feedback, data, and technical considerations.

As a (Senior) Product Designer, your mission is to deeply understand our users\' needs and design the workflows and interfaces that make generative AI a joy to use.

You\'ll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and usability testing.

In our collaborative environment, you\'ll work closely with product managers and engineers, using tools like Figma, Miro, and Jira to transform your vision into a world-class product.
