Our software automates trade classification reduces errors and simplifies regulatory processes saving businesses time and money. To scale our impact even further were looking for a Senior Product Designer who will play a key role in driving our clients success.

As a Product Designer you will play a central role in evolving our digital products in the customs compliance and AI-based customs classification space. You will work closely with our Product Manager primarily focusing on independently executing design tasks creating and maintaining a robust design system refining user workflows within our SaaS application and collaborating closely with developers to ensure correct implementation of UX and UI designs.

Tasks

• Independently develop maintain and scale a comprehensive design system in Figma with reusable components patterns and best practices.
• Execute high-quality UI and workflow designs based on established user research ensuring intuitive user experiences and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Management developers and stakeholders to align design decisions with product goals.
• Work closely with developers providing clear design specifications and conducting quality assurance to ensure accurate implementation of UX / UI designs.
• Independently execute and evolve our corporate design aligning visual design across products and brand communications.
• Create visual materials for marketing sales and presentations as needed ensuring brand consistency.

Requirements

• Degree in Design Interaction Design Visual Communication or relevant experience in a related field.
• Proven professional experience (35 years) in product design particularly in digital SaaS products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma with significant experience independently building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing independently executed projects including digital products UI design workflow redesign and ideally corporate design or branding work.
• Strong understanding of UX principles usability standards and responsive design.
• Experience collaborating effectively within cross-functional agile teams including product management and development.
• Ability to independently translate complex requirements and technical constraints into elegant and user-friendly design solutions.
• Proven experience creating detailed design specifications and performing quality assurance of implemented designs.
• Full professional proficiency in German (C1 / native) as our primary market and product interface is German for the immediate future.
