We are looking for a Senior Performance Tester to join our teams!

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in performance testing of web applications, API and/or distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Locust, K6, JMeter etc).
• Familiarity with monitoring and profiling tools.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and logs to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of networking and web applications architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Will be plus

• DevOPS experience will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and execute performance test plans.
• Collaborate on Performance testing strategy.
• Analyze test results to identify system performance issues, bottlenecks and capacity limits.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to investigate and resolve performance related issues.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Mentor other team members and expand performance testing expertise.
