Overview

Your Role

At Neuraum youll take full ownership of our paid social strategy and lead the expansion into display performance channels. Owning a significant share of our paid budget youll have the freedom to test learn and scale what works.

Responsibilities

• Own Paid Social : Lead our core social ad strategy on Meta with end-to-end ownership of the acquisition user experience.
• Build Display & Native : Launch scale and optimize new display and native channels for both prospecting and retargeting.
• Explore & Expand : Identify develop test and integrate new high-potential performance channels into our acquisition strategy.
• Optimize End-to-End : Youll plan monitor and optimize KPIs across the entire user funnel ensuring a seamless customer journey from acquisition to conversion to handover.
• Collaborate & Influence : Work with marketing product and leadership to drive data-driven growth projects with company-wide impact.
• Strategic Leadership Involvement : Youll collaborate closely with the leadership team gaining full transparency into company strategy and leading high-impact projects.

What Youll Need

• Strong track record in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads plus experience in at least one additional channel (e.g. display native SEA)
• Proven ability tolaunch and scale new channels from scratch
• Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing campaigns across the funnel from creative to conversion
• Deep understanding of the psychology of advertising how to communicate value craft hooks and design creatives that drive action
• Passion for diving into numbers and performance data to improve conversion rates from both analytical and creative perspectives
• Enjoyment in tackling complex challenges in a collaborative non-hierarchical setup with willingness to step outside your role when needed
• A positive and team-oriented mindset were a friendly group who value having fun at work
• Fluency in English and C2-level German for managing campaigns in the German market
