The Senior People Business Partner plays a strategic and proactive role in developing and executing People & Culture initiatives that drive BU Parking’s success. Operating within a complex matrix organization during a period of change, you will play a pivotal role in navigating a fast‑paced, post‑merger environment.
We are looking for a hands‑on, business‑minded HR professional who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will partner closely with BU leadership to provide expertise in talent management, labor relations, and organizational development. This role is suited to experienced professionals who can influence without authority, navigate cross‑functional politics, and remain resilient amidst change.
