Your Responsibilities
  • Own and grow partnerships: Build strong, day‑to‑day relationships with our partner banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared success — enabled by in‑person meetings.
  • Understand and enable: Develop a deep understanding of each bank’s requirements and align them with Raisin’s platform, working closely with our marketing and distribution teams to and out bank partners to unlock growth.
  • Drive impact across projects: Contribute to special initiatives — from launching new savings products to supporting strategic rollouts — and play an active role in shaping how we deliver value.
  • Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues across different markets and teams on key projects, bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges.
  • Create transparency: Track and report on partnership progress and project outcomes, ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Ensure operational excellence: Keep product information and documentation accurate and up to date, making sure our systems run seamlessly.
Your Profile
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent English and German communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or similar.
  • Structured problem‑solving and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to be hands‑on where needed.
