Your Role

As a Senior Manager ("Principal"), you will guide our clients through the complex paths of digitalization. Your strategic methodology and expertise at the intersection of business and IT will help our clients fully leverage the potential of technologies to achieve their business goals and sustain success.

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies (including "Artificial Intelligence"/ "GenAI") that are perfectly aligned with our clients' goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of digital projects, always keeping an eye on time, cost, and quality.

Client Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with our clients and understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
• Deliver impressive presentations and inspire our clients.

Team Development and Mentoring:

• Support and develop our junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
• Share your knowledge and ensure your team is constantly learning.

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and help expand our digital consulting portfolio.
• Collaborate with other departments to create synergies and deliver comprehensive solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
