Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting.
• Experience with working with a Shared Services Center (SSC).

Your contribution:

• You are the architect and driver of our SSC performance regarding Lease‑in related questions regarding invoices, dunning, rental payment escalations, enforcements, return payments etc.
• You act as a diplomat in a high‑speed environment building bridges between different stakeholders internally and externally (especially Sparring Partner for German Real Estate Team)
• You create KPI & SLA reports, statistics and evaluations for all processes in the area of finance operations
• You are responsible for the uality assurance of SSC activities & Steering of permanent training courses for SSC team members
• You lead complex transformation projects in the area of accounting related to German landlords

What makes you stand out:

• An university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration and at least 3 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting
• Experience with working with a Shared Services Center (SSC)
• Advanced knowledge of SAP (ideally RE/FX) – we appreciate your IT affinity

• Fluent German (C1) and English skills written and spoken
