The Role: What to expect

As (Senior) ManagerEvents & Performance Marketing (m/f/d), you’ll help shape how our brand shows up in the world and how we engage the right audiences through strategic, measurable marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to our Team Lead Communications & Marketing, you’ll take ownership of B2B event experiences and performance-driven campaigns that drive results — while contributing to a collaborative, solution-focused team culture that values clarity, creativity, and impact.


Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
  • A university degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in B2B (product) marketing, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, or a strong track record in event and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot (mandatory).
  • High level of creativity combined with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • A strategic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work hands-on, independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and German (C1 level or native in either of the two), with the ability to create and edit marketing copy in both languages.

Role Responsibilities: What you will do
  • Conceptualizing and managing brand presence at industry events and trade fairs – from strategy to execution – including storytelling, logistics, and on-site realization.
  • Leading projects with full ownership of planning, budgeting, and delivery, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with our brand and corporate identity.
  • Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) that support lead generation, using HubSpot to manage campaign performance, workflows, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Sales to align on goals and translate marketing insights into qualified pipeline contributions.
  • Coordinating with external service providers (e.g., booth constructors) to deliver exceptional results within project frameworks.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign KPIs, defining actionable steps based on data insights, and optimizing activities in line with our strategic objectives and team OKRs.
  • Ensuring all marketing materials and visual assets are aligned with brand guidelines and reflect a high standard of creativity and impact.
  • Keeping a pulse on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and enhance marketing efforts.
