As a Senior Microsoft 365 Expert (m/f/d), you will contribute your specialist knowledge in one or more areas, such as Exchange/Lotus Notes, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Governance & Compliance, or Entra ID (Azure AD).

You will design, implement, and operate solutions that promote collaboration, automate processes, and modernize IT infrastructures in a sustainable manner.
You will be part of our "Transport, Logistics and Retail" division at our Eschborn location. Our customers include leading companies in these industries in the Rhine-Main area. This will enable you to work on various projects and in different teams, contribute your expertise, and constantly learn new things. Your new area of responsibility

• Technical consulting, design, and implementation of Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions
• Planning and execution of migrations to M365-based solutions (Exchange/Lotus Notes, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, EntraID, etc.)
• Development of security and compliance concepts in the M365 environment
• Support with architecture decisions and cloud governance
• Close collaboration with internal teams and customers – from analysis to go-live
• Conducting workshops and training courses for end users and specialist departments
• Knowledge transfer within the team

What you bring to your new role

• Several years of practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and security components
• In-depth knowledge of M365 administration, automation (e.g., PowerShell), and hybrid scenarios.
• Understanding of cloud architectures, identity management, and modern workplace concepts.
• Consulting skills and strong communication skills—both on a technical and professional level.
• Certifications such as MS-700, MS-100/101, or SC-300 are an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German and good English skills
