Since 9 / 11, the Cinema for Peace initiative has focused on perceiving and resolving global social, political, and humanitarian challenges. In recent years, Cinema for Peace has supported humanitarian causes with notable figures such as Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman, and public figures like the Dalai Lama, Muhammad Ali, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Mikhail Gorbachev, and the former Honorary Patron, Nelson Mandela.
The Cinema for Peace Foundation is cooperating with the ‘The World Forum on the Future of Democracy, AI / Tech and Humankind’, an annual forum held in Berlin. The aim is to bring together the world\"s leaders from science, politics, civil society and culture, who are actively involved in shaping ideas and strategies for global progress and profound transformation. The World Forum serves the advancement of democracy, peace, justice and freedom. The Cinema for Peace Foundation offers a position as journalist to support the curation, wording and publications of The World Forum on the Future of Democracy, AI / Tech and Humankind.
