As a Sr HR Specialist: Leave Case Manager at Remote, you will play a pivotal role in delivering compliant, efficient, and customer-centric absence management activities while mitigating risks associated with absenteeism and long-term absences. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying, engaging, and managing vendor partnerships, providing expert support to Remote's customers and their employees regarding absence-related inquiries, and spearheading the implementation of policies, processes, and training initiatives related to absence management on a global scale. While the initial focus of this role is Dutch sick leave management, you will have the opportunity to expand your scope and influence across multiple regions. You will be reporting to Lifecycle Manager: Time & Attendance.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $31,200 USD to $70,000 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role depends on many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
