A multinational company is seeking an HR Generalist to support their offices in Germany. The role involves managing the employee life cycle, administering payroll, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources and at least 4 years of HR experience within a multinational environment. Proficiency in English and German is essential, alongside strong problem-solving and organizational skills. This position promotes diversity and inclusivity within the workplace.
We are currently looking for an HR Generalist join our international HR Department, and provide support to our offices in Germany.
The post-holder is responsible to provide a robust HR service and support to the Human Resources Department’s daily operations : personnel administration, benefits, payroll etc. He / she mainly works within a framework of established HR processes, procedures and standard work instructions as determined by the centralised HR department and applicable local country legislations.
